Review of Building Act and

Resource Management Act Fees and other Associated Fees

The Far North District Council (hereafter referred to as Council) hereby gives notice that, under sections 150 of the Local Government Act, 219 of the Building Act and 36 of the Resource Management Act, it has resolved to propose to review fees and charges in respect of:

  • Building Act Fees
  • Resource Management Act Fees

Submissions have closed on Friday, 16 May 2008.

The Council will read and consider all submissions. A hearing will be held on Tuesday, 27 May 2008.

Please note that any submissions made will be available to the public, and that the hearing on this proposal will be open to the public.
