Far North Local Economic Development Strategy
The’Far North Local Economic Development Strategy 2006 – 2009’ was adopted on 19 July 2006. This strategy will guide Council’s contribution to the District’s economic well-being over the next three years.

Far North Social Development Plan
The Social Development Plan was adopted by Council on 27 September 2007. The plan provides a blue print in relation to Council's thinking on how it can best contribute to the social well-being of Far North communities over the next five years.
