Dining How to Apply for an Alfresco Dining LicenseAny business that prepares and/or sells food, that is
adjoining Public land may apply for an Alfresco Dining License to use
a portion of that Public land to place Tables & Chairs, for their
customers use. The application should be submitted to the Environmental Services Department at Kaikohe.

be required to complete a new application
form. Go To TopAlfresco Dining in Conjunction with Liquor licensesWhen applying for an Alfresco Dining license for a premises that has a current Liquor On-license it will also be necessary for an application to be made to vary the Liquor license, to incorporate the area required for the Alfresco Dining license, into the Liquor licensed designated area. For this it will be necessary to apply to the District Liquor Licensing Agency for a variation to the On-license. At no time should alcohol be served or brought to any tables and chairs associated with Alfresco Dining in a Public Place, before a Liquor Licence, or a redefinition of an existing licence, covering the Alfresco Dining area, has been issued.
