About this form
Like many other organisations, we use a form for online correspondence. There are several reasons why we don't publish email addresses on our site:
- To make sure we get all the necessary information to be able to make a full and timely response.
- To ensure correspondence is responded to as soon as possible, and by the right person.
- To provide a method by which a message can be sent from anywhere, even when using a computer in a public place, where it is not set up for email.
- To maximise staff efficiency by controlling spam and other mass unsolicited email.
NB. The council will not accept or respond to unsolicited marketing by email.
NB. For security reasons, we cannot accept attachments online.
Why must I provide my name, address and telephone number?
Although we will get back to you in the method of your choosing, we also request that you provide your name, address and telephone number:
- To enable you to confirm who you are.
- To enable us to tell you if there is any delivery problem.
- To enable the appropriate staff member to get in touch with you, and record information in a formal letter if required.
Any personal information you provide is protected under our normal Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
