Spray, Spraydrift or Air Discharges
Far North District Council does not deal with these. Please refer to Northland Regional Council.
Gas or Chemical Smell
If there is a gas or chemical smell, contact the Fire Brigade on 111.
Please then contact the Northland Regional Council Hazardous Substance Officers, who will need the following details:
- Customers name, address and contact phone number
- Where is the smell?
- How long has the smell been there?
- Does the customer know what type of smell it is?
Offensive Smells
Please contact us and ask for a Request for Service (RFS) to be logged. Please provide as much information as possible.
