You may have noticed some changes to our addressing of mail. We've changed our customer addresses to meet New Zealand Post's new postcode and address standards. These changes will ensure mail gets to our customers as quickly as possible and are part of our continued effort to provide the best possible service.

Checklist of details required:
- Full name of everyone for whom a change of address is required.
- What council records does the change of address affect. Does it apply to:
- All rate accounts? If it only relates to one/some rate accounts, state the particular account the change of postal address relates to?
- All other business that you may have with the Council e.g. Dogs, Building & Resource Consents ?
