Changes to Personal Details

Information useful if you want to change details we have about yourself or someone else.

Supporting Documents.

Changes to this information usually require supporting documents.  In general, documents will need to show changes from one name to another, as in a marriage certificate, not just be evidence of one name.  Contact us to complete changes to personal details.

To help make things go smoothly, here is a list of the types of document you will need to produce in different circumstances.

Personal Details changes because of:

Marriage

A Marriage Certificate.

Where there has been a previous marriage, divorce  (marriage dissolution) papers or supporting documents.

Reversion to Maiden Name  Divorce (marriage dissolution) papers where there has been a previous marriage and the marriage certificate ( which has the maiden name )
Death A death certificate for the person.
Change of Name Documentation showing the name changes.
Change of Company Name Documentation showing the changes.

A gazette notice or Certificate of Incorporation would be sufficient provided it shows both the previous and current names.
