How do I become approved to collect bulk water?Water cartage contractors may apply to be supplied with "Bulk Water" for up to three years. In order to apply to collect bulk water you must:

The contractor will be required to send in a monthly return on the 25th of every month, to the Water Rates Officer. Go to topWhat is involved after the water is collectedThe water may then be on-sold, but the council takes no responsibilty for water quality beyond the pick-up point. Go to topHow does Council bill me for water collected?A bulk water return must be forwarded to council advising details of water taken monthly, this should be supported by accompanying documentation such as your invoices to your customers for the quantity of water supplied. The bulk water return and accompanying documentation should be forwarded to the Accounts Officer using our normal contact details. The Council will then invoice you as appropriate.
