Illegal Dumping of Rubbish

Obstructions to Footpaths or Roads
For complaints about items (other than building supplies) left on a footpath, road reserve and/or road which are causing obstructions to motorists or pedestrians, please contact us and ask for a Request for Service to be logged. Please provide as much information as possible.
Skateboarding Complaint
For a skateboarding complaint in specific public areas (as described in the Bylaw), please contact us and ask for a Request for Service (RFS) to be logged. Please provide as much information as possible.
Signs
Following the introduction of the advertising signs bylaw, all signs on public land must now be registered with the Council. Click here to read more about advertising signs.

Vehicle Crossings
The Vehicle Crossing Bylaw regulates the use, construction and maintenance of vehicle crossings giving access from public roads safely to properties located within the Far North District, by requiring compliance with the Far North District Council’s construction and maintenance standards for vehicle crossings.
