Singing and/or playing of musical instruments - Council property (streets, roads, footpaths etc)

Busking on Council property, such as footpaths, streets, roads etc is a breach of the bylaws, unless the performers have the written approval of the Council. (Found under General Bylaws, Chapter 2, clause 214.1 a-c included)

Singing and/or playing of musical instruments - Private property

This is not a breach of the General bylaws, however it may be considered an excessive noise complaint.
