Asset Management Plans (AMPs)
Council's Asset Management Plans cover all aspects of managing its assets. The plans include policy, financial forecasting and engineering requirements for all major activities. They also ensure that the required level of service is maintained over the long term by helping Council anticipate and plan for future needs and renewals.
The following AMPs were adopted by Council on the 25th June 2009 in conjunction with the 2009-2019 LTCCP.
The AMPs are available for customers to review at all Council Service Centres, Libraries, as downloads per activity from the links below and on CDs.
In order to be environmentally friendly and financially conscious, we will not be printing large numbers of hard copies. So whilst we supply Service Centres and Libraries with a copy of the AMPs for public viewing, we would encourage you to take home a CD copy rather than a paper copy.
If you do wish to have a paper copy, please request such at any Council Centre, call us on 0800 920 029 or email us at success@fndc.govt.nz. A copy will then be mailed to you unless a full set is requested, in which case you will be notified when the documents are ready for pick-up. Please note that there is a charge of $7.50 per AMP, or $100 for the full set. CDs are free of charge.
