  • To make a noise complaint phone 0800 347 787. An operator will ask you for details of your noise complaint and send out an officer.
  • If you need to report an urgent matter, such as a nuisance dog, or a burst water pipe, phone 0800 920 029.
  • If you need to request a service phone 0800 920 029.
  • You can fax any correspondence to (09) 401 2137
