Procter Library is named for the Procter family’s generous donation that built the library for the town of Kerikeri and its surrounds.
It is the largest library in the Far North region. Services include public internet and wifi, assistance with digital devices, a hire-able community meeting room and tourist information.
Regular programmes include weekly storytimes for pre-schoolers, robotics and coding clubs, computer help sessions once a month, weekly JP clinics, Bibbliobabble Book Club, Everyday Kiwi English classes for our migrant community members every fortnight and so much more.
Procter Library is located in the heart of the town, on the edge of the Kerikeri domain and is open week days 9am-5pm and Saturdays until 2pm. We welcome travellers to the north and local residents alike to come and visit - you’ll receive a friendly Far North welcome.
