Hire groups are responsible for the cleaning of the hall at the end of each hire and the removal of rubbish from the premises.

How to book

Enquiries about hall availability can be made by contacting our Kaikohe office using our normal contact details or by coming into the office in Kaikohe. A Customer Services Officer will advise on the availability of the Hall and the fees involved. No hires will be confirmed until a Contract for Hire form and the applicable fee is received by Council.

Recurring Bookings

Recurring bookings may be made, however one-off hires will take precedence over recurring bookings. At least 3 weeks notice will be given to hirer with recurring booking.
