Deemed permitted boundary activity application

If your proposal is a boundary activity and you have written approval of the adjoining owners you may not require resource consent. Before submitting your application, check whether your proposal meets the criteria for

Deemed permitted boundary activity written approval

Use this form in conjunction with the permitted boundary application form. This is sent to all affected parties and must be filled out correctly. Incomplete forms will result in the rejection of the entire permitted boundary application.

Earthworks permit application

Use this form when applying for an earthworks permit under Control of Earthworks bylaw.

Notice of written approval

Use this form to obtain written approval from parties who may be affected by your proposal (section 95e Resource Management Act).

Resource consent application (Form 9)

Use this form (Form 9) when applying for a Land Use Consent, Subdivision, Discharge, Extension of Time (s.125), Change of Conditions (s127), Change of Consent Notice (s.221(3)) and Consent under National Environmental Standard (e.g Assessing and Managing Contaminants in Soil).

Right of way application

Please use this form if you are laying out or forming a private right of way (section 348 Local Government Act 1974).

Section 224 certificate application form

Use this form to apply for your completion certificate, and any other certification you may require. Only submit this when all of the conditions of your consent have been met.
