Public Notice of application for renewal of On-licence and Off-licence

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

KLM Enterprises Limited have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for renewal of an On-licence and an Off-licence in respect of the premises situated at 84 Gillies Street, Kawakawa, Far North District and known as Hunter Star

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Hotel.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

On-licence
Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 1.00am the following day.
At any time on any day to any person (guest) for the time being living on the premises, including any guest of that person, in whose room or unit alcohol has previously been placed (commonly known as a mini-bar).

Off-licence
Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 10.00pm.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
