Closure of Road to Ordinary Vehicular Traffic Paihia

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that, for the purpose of Paihia Christmas Parade 2020, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

• Date of Event: 4^th December 2020
• Time of Event: 3.00pm to 7.00pm

• The parade will start from Kings Road, one way on Marsden Road.
• Williams Road from Marsden Road to Seaview Road will be closed.
• One way on Seaview Road, Bayview Road and Marsden Road again 

There will be a Stop/ Go on these routes.  

Detours will be in place and traffic management will be along the route. 

The closure will apply to all motor vehicles except those that may be required for emergency purposes. 

During the period of closure, the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road.
