Public Notice of application for renewal & variation of On-licence

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The Landing Hospitality Company has made application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for renewal & variation of an On-licence in respect of the premises situated at 623 Rangihoua Road, Kerikeri, Far North District and known as The Landing Lodges.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is short term luxury accommodation.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 2.00am the following day.

Variation sought because licence to be issued for short term luxury accommodation not a hotel, and for the supervised designation to be removed so the entire premises are undesignated.
