Public Notice of application for renewal and variation of an Off-licence
Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
144 Islands Wines Limited have made application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for the renewal and variation of an Off-licence in respect of the premises situated at 838 Puketotara Road, Kerikeri, Far North District and known as 144 Islands Wimes.
Currently:
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is for Remote Sales.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:
Sale: At any time of the day
Delivery: Monday to Sunday 6.00am to 11.00pm
A variation is sought to:
- Operate as a wine cellar door
- Change licensed hours
Proposed:
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a wine cellar door.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.
No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
