Ann Court (Deputy Mayor)

First elected into Local Government in 1995 Ann has a wealth of Governance experience having served as a board member of Consumer New Zealand, a Trustee of Top Energy Consumer Trust and independent chair of the Whangarei and Far North District Liquor Licencing Committees.

A qualified Radio Operator by trade Ann has undertaken a number of governance courses including psychology and RMA Good Decision Making.

Ann holds a passionate interest in roading and infrastructure and currently represents the Far North District on the Regional Land Transport Committee and annual roading forums in Wellington.
