PART A - To subdivide a 3,038 m² site as a discretionary activity in the Residential zone of the Operative Far North District Plan, creating six lots ranging in size from 348 m² to 645 m², and a jointly owned access lot (310 m²).
PART B - To construct five additional residential units of 78 m² (two bedroom) at 15 Guy Road, Kaikohe, on the area of Lots 1, 2 , 3, 5 and 6 of RC2250150, breaching the permitted activity thresholds in the Residential zone of the Operative Far North District Plan relating to residential Intensity (six residential units on 3,038 m²), sunlight(future internal boundaries for , Traffic Intensity, Private Accessway width pursuant to 15.1.6c.1.1(a) and 15.1.6c.1.2(a), and including access onto State Highway as a Discretionary Activity.
