Public Notice of application for renewal & variation of a Club-licence.

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Waitangi Golf Club Incorporated have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for renewal & variation of a Club-licence in respect of the premises situated at 173A Tau Henare Drive, Waitangi, Far North District and known as Waitangi Golf Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is for Class 2 Club.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:Current Hours

Sunday to Thursday:                              10.30am to 10.30pm
Friday and Saturray:                               10.30am to 12.30am the following day

A variation is sought to increase the licensed footprint and hours

Sunday to Thursday:                              9.00am to 10.30pm
Friday and Saturray:                               9.00am to 12.30am the following day

Golf Course:
Monday to Sunday:                              9.00am to 10.00pm

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
