Proposal is for two new commercial/industrial type buildings on the site that will accomadate new commercial, bulk warehousing and trade retail activities and associated development earthworks. The site is within the Operative District Plan (ODP) ‘Industrial Zone’ and the Proposed District Plan Light Industrial Zone. The proposal has been assessed as a Restricted Discretionary Activity overall
under the ODP and a Permitted Activity under the Proposed Far North District Plan (PDP).
