Public Notice of application for Renewal & Variation of a Club-licence.

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Ohaeawai Rugby Football And Sports Club Inc have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for renewal & variation of a Club-licence in respect of the premises situated at 6066 State Highway 12, Ohaeawai, Far North District and known as Ohaeawai Rugby Football And Sports Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is for Class 3 Club.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

Current Hours:
Monday to Thursday:                     7.00pm to 10.30pm
Friday:                                                7.00pm to 12.00midnight 
Saturday & Public Holidays:         1.00pm to 12.00midnight
Sunday:                                             2.00pm to 7.00pm

A variation is sought to amend the trading hours.

Proposed Hours:
Monday to Thursday:                     7.00pm to 10.30pm
Friday:                                                5.00pm to 11.00pm 
Saturday                                           1.00pm to 12.00midnight
Sunday & Public Holidays:            2.00pm to 7.00pm

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
