Public Notice of application for renewal of an On-licence
Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Tuatua Tavern (2021) Limited have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for renewal of an On-licence in respect of the premises situated at 3 Tokerau Beach Road, Karikari Peninsula, Far North District and known as Tuatua Tavern.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Tavern.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:
- Monday to Friday 4.00pm to 12.00midnight
- Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays, and 26th December through to 10th January the following year and any other day that the neighbouring Karikari Educare is not oerating - 11.00am to 12.00midnight

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.
No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
