Tangata whenua-led adaptation planning supports whānau, hapū, and iwi prepare for the impacts of climate change in ways that reflect local tikanga, values, and decision-making.
FNDC will support tangata whenua and hapori Māori to lead their own climate adaptation, creating local plans, to shape their own responses to climate risks, and to develop strategies based on mātauranga Māori and hapori Māori priorities.
