- Taken into account the notice needed for an event of that size - go to 'What is your event'.
- Completed the plans required - go to 'What is your event'.
- Read our terms and conditions go to 'Your obligations'.
- Applied for licences you need - go to 'What is your event'.
- Downloaded the refundable bond form and paid the required bond.
All event applications must include a:
- Health and safety plan - please complete this form.
- Waste Minimisation Plan.
- Any building consent, resource consent or exemption approvals if applicable
- Required confirmation of licences if applicable

Please ensure you have all required consents, documents, and forms ready before submitting your event application.
If your application is missing any required information, it will be returned, and you will need to resubmit a complete application once everything is in place. This process helps us save time and ensures that only accurate and complete information is on file for your event.
