To undertake extensions to the existing packhouse, bin to canopy and curing canopy, as well as construct a new sign adjacent to the Waipapa road frontage in the Horticultural Processing and Rural Living Zones, breaching Visual Amenity and Environmental Protection, Maximum Sign Area Per Site and Building Height rules.
