Request for service (RFS)
Whenever you let us know about an issue—whether it’s a roading problem, rubbish collection, water supply, or something else – raising an RFS means we officially log it in our system. This helps us track the issue, assign it to the right team, and make sure it gets followed up and fixed as soon as possible.
Some issues need urgent attention and are dealt with quickly, especially if they affect safety. Others might take a little longer depending on how serious they are and the resources we have available. Raising an RFS helps us prioritise and respond in the right order.
