Simson Park Doman Draft Reserve Management Plan

Notice is given pursuant to section 41 of the Reserves Act 1977 (“Act”) and Parks and Reserves Policy, that Far North District Council is consulting on the Draft Reserve Management Plan for Simson Park Domain, Moerewa.

A copy of the Draft Reserve Management Plan is available for public inspection and viewing at any Council Service centre or library during their standard opening hours, on request, or can be read online at https://www.fndc.govt.nz/whats-new/Have-your-say

Any person or organisation may object to or make suggestions on the Draft Reserve Management Plan or may make any other submissions in respect of the Plan. Any person making an objection, suggestion or submission should do so in writing and should state whether he or she wishes to appear at a hearing in support of their objection, suggestion or submission.

Objections, suggestions or submissions can be:

• forwarded to submissions@fndc.govt.nz,
• made online at https://www.fndc.govt.nz/whats-new/Have-your-say or
• delivered in hard copy to any Council Service Centre
• by post to Submissions, Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440.

All objections, suggestions or submissions must be received by Council no later than Wednesday 17 December 2025 being within the period specified by the Act.
