Its is proposed to vary the consent to allow it to be complete in two stages. Stage 1 will create lot 1 and the balance are(lot2). and stage 2 will complete the subdivision by further subdividing lot 2 stage 1 into lot 2,3 and 4. A new activity to allow the consent notices applied at stage 1 to be cancelled as they relate to lot 2 of stage 1 subsequently to, or simultaneously with, registration of stage 2 consent notice conditions.
