Public Notice of an application for the renewal & variation of an On-licence and the renewal and variation of an Off Licence.

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Insula Investments Limited have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for the renewal & variation of an On-licence and the renewal & variation of an Off-Licence in respect of the premises situated at 58 Seaview Road, Paihia, Far North District and known as Scenic Hotel Bay Of Islands.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Hotel.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

On Licence:
Monday to Sunday:                           8.00am to 1.00am the following day

A variation is sought to:

• Vary condition (e) to delete the words "Every Bar" and replace them with "the area in front of the bar as shown in greeen onthe plans with the application.
• Establish mini bars that incldue a selction of alcoholic beverages (and other items) in each of the guest accommodation rooms .

Off Licence:
Monday to Sunday:                           9.00am to 10.00pm.

A variation is sought to:

• Vary condition (e) to delete the words "Any Bar" and replace them with "the area in front of the bar as shown in greeen onthe plans with the application.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
