How do I book the Memorial Hall?

Please email bookadmin@fndc.govt.nz to request a hire form or call the FNDC Contact Centre 0800 920 029

This hire form will require the following information:

  • What do you want to hire the hall for?
  • The date and times you want to hire the hall.
  • Is this a community or private booking?

Community Booking

Community bookings are for registered not for profit groups, schools, or events that are open to everyone. WINZ upskilling groups, Blood Drive NZ etc

  • $50.00 Main Hall (includes the dressing room and stage)
  • $75.00 Supper Room and Kitchen
  • $150.00 Whole Hall (Main Hall, Supper Room & Kitchen)

Private Booking

A private booking is where selected guests are invited and/or pay to attend i.e., birthday party. A corporate booking (business event) is also considered a private booking.

  • $150.00 Main Hall (includes the dressing room and stage)
  • $200.00 Supper Room and Kitchen
  • $300.00 Whole Hall (Main Hall, Supper Room & Kitchen)

Equipment available

Tables, Chairs.  Kitchen area: Urn, Mugs

No AV equipment, must be supplied by hirer.
