The proposal is to carry out the subdivision of Lot 2 DP 61878, containing one existing dwelling and associated ancillary buildings and horticulture activity, to create two additional rural residential lots, one containing existing built development and the other vacant. The balance, at just over 4ha in area, will continue to support horticultural activity in the Rural Residential Zone as a Discretionary Activity.
