We maintain a range of facilities for Far North residents and visitors, including playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools, walkways and reserves. We also own and maintain toilets, wharves and pontoons, cemeteries, libraries, community halls and housing for the elderly.

Kaitāia Service Centre (Te Ahu)

Kaitāia Service Centre is in the stunning Te Ahu building alongside our isite visitor centre and Te Ahu Museum, as well as a cafe and cinema.

After-hours service

You can contact a representative by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our service number 0800 920 029 or on (09) 401 5200. Outside of normal working hours an after-hours answering service will log and escalate any urgent requests or you can lodge your enquiry using our online 'My FNDC' mobile app and portal.
