For urgent inquiries

If you consider the situation requires urgent attention please contact us immediately by telephone on our 24 hour service number 0800 920 029 or on (09) 401 5200, otherwise your request for service will be logged during business hours.

Our after-hours service

Outside of normal working hours an after hours answering service will log and escalate any urgent requests or you can lodge your enquiry using our online 'My FNDC' mobile app and portal.
