District Licensing Committee The District Licensing Committee decides contested (opposed) and uncontested (unopposed) applications for: new or renewed liquor licenses; manager's certificates; temporary authorities; special licenses.
Renew your manager's certificate A new Manager's Certificate is issued for 12 months. A renewal application is then generally renewed for three years.Renewal applications must be made before the expiry date of your certificate. If you do not renew it before it expires, you will need to apply for a new Manager's Certificate.
