Proposal to subdivide the site to create one additional allotment. Each allotment will contain existing built development. Proposal complies with controlled lot sizes within Coastal Residential zone, however as site is accessed from a State Highway, the subdivision proposal has been assessed as a Discretionary Activity under the ODP.
