Where are our mobile ballot boxes this week?

Our mobile ballot boxes are heading back out across the district this week, increasing accessibility for voters to participate in this year’s local government election.

Now is the time to activate voting by checking in on friends, neighbours and whānau who have not yet voted. A reminder or quick conversation can make all the difference. Our team is available to help people cast their vote in person, enrol or update their details, and even cast a special vote.

Bay of Islands–Whangaroa Ward

• Tuesday 30 September – Matawaia Marae, Southern driveway, Kohanga side, 2.30pm to 5.30pm
• Thursday 2 October – Kawakawa Town, Gillies Street, 11am to 3pm
• Friday 3 October – Moerewa Town and Moerewa Night Markets, 12pm to 6pm
• Saturday 4 October – Kerikeri Packhouse Markets, 8am to 12pm
• Sunday 5 October – Rāwhiti, 221 Rāwhiti Road, 11am to 12.30pm
• Sunday 5 October – Waikare, 1692 Waikare Road, 1.30pm to 3.00pm
• Sunday 5 October – Kāretu, 652 Waikare Road, 3.30pm to 5.00pm
• Monday 6 October – Pipiwai, Tau Henare Marae, 3pm to 5pm

Kaikohe–Hokianga Ward

• Tuesday 30 September – Ōmanaia Marae, 4pm-6pm
• Wednesday 1 October – Taheke Clinic, 10am to 2pm
• Thursday 2 October – Kaikohe Night Market, 4pm to 7pm
• Saturday 4 October – Lindvart Park Kaikohe, 10am-12pm
• Saturday 4 October – Ōkaihau Pop Up, 12:30pm to 3pm
• Monday 6 October – Panguru Clinic, 10am to 2pm

Te Hiku Ward

• Friday 3 October – Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Rangi Āniwaniwa, 10am to 3pm
• Saturday 4 October – Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Rangi Āniwaniwa, 10am to 3pm
• Monday 6 October – Pāmapūria School, 2pm to 4pm
