Night-time road reseals planned for Kerikeri and Waipapa

Night-time road resealing works are planned for parts of Kerikeri and Waipapa over a two-week period, starting from today (Monday 9 February), weather permitting.

The works, scheduled to run between 6pm and 6am will affect several key local roads including two full road closures - Kahikatearoa Lane in Waipapa, with a detour via Maritime Lane, and Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri, with a detour via Hone Heke Road.

The works are taking place overnight to minimise disruption during the day.

The resealing programme includes:

Monday 9 February

• Kahikatearoa Lane, Waipapa (detour via Maritime Lane)
• Klinac Lane, Waipapa.

Tuesday 10 February

• Maritime Lane, Waipapa
• Waipapa Road, Waipapa (Tuesday 10 – Thursday 12 February).

Friday 13 February

• Kerikeri Road (detour via Hone Heke Road)
• King Street, Kerikeri.

Monday 16 February

• Hone Heke Road, Kerikeri.

Tuesday 17 February

• Fairway Drive, Kerikeri.

Traffic management will be in place while the works are ongoing. The work is part of routine road maintenance.
