Elected member profiles updated for new triennium

Profile pages for councillors on the Far North District Council website have been updated.

Elected Members are elected to be your voice. Each ‘profile’ page provides contact details for you to contact them along with a photo and their confirmed appointments to committees, portfolios and external agencies.

Portfolio, committee and external appointments were passed by resolution of the council following consultation and agreement with each councillor.

Portfolios give councillors an opportunity to champion matters of interest while external appointments help look after the council’s interests, build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the district’s voice across a range of assets and planning opportunities.

Elected member profiles are listed here along with an image, the ward they represent and their areas of responsibility. The pages will be kept up to date to reflect any changes over their three-year appointment.

A meetings calendar for 2026 listing all council, committee and community board meeting dates and venues has also been created. It can be found here.
