He Kāinga Mana - Housing Strategy

He Kāinga Mana Housing Strategy sets Council’s direction for improving housing outcomes across the Far North. It describes how Council will use planning, infrastructure, consenting, information, advocacy and partnerships to help create more resilient, healthy and suitable homes that support wellbeing, connection and opportunity. The Strategy recognises that housing needs differ across our district and commits Council to working with iwi, hapū, communities, housing providers, government and the development sector to remove barriers and enable practical, place-based solutions.
