The proposal includes an extension to the existing dwelling (approx. 53.4m²), enlargement and upgrade of the existing bathroom and laundry areas, addition of one bedroom and ensuite, creation of ancillary/multipurpose space at the lower level and associated retaining walls and minor earthworks in the General Coastal Zone as a Restricted Discretionary Activity.
