To establish two 800 m² sheds (totalling 1,600 m²) on lease areas L2 and L3 for future industrial activities, employing up to ten people in each lease area, as a discretionary activity in relation to stormwater management and scale of activities within the Rural Production zone of the Operative District Plan.
