We maintain a range of facilities for Far North residents and visitors, including playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools, walkways and reserves. We also own and maintain toilets, wharves and pontoons, cemeteries, libraries, community halls and housing for the elderly.

He also drops in on a favourite town hoping to benefit from the re-opening of Mangamuka Gorge and, as the weather heats up, Kahika reminds us all to conserve a precious taonga.
