Property files contain information that can inform potential buyers and property owners. Property files can contain such records as building consents, resource consents and plans.
A property file can be requested for a non-refundable fee of $33.50. This fee is a flat rate charged for the administration of processing the application. Your file will be available within three to four working days. We will email you a link to the property file.
