Hokianga vehicle ferry

Raweneferry

The Hokianga ferry, between Rāwene and Kohukohu, is operated on behalf of the Far North District Council by Northland Ferries.

Until 31 August 2022 passengers travel for half price. The discount does not include vehicles. For more details go to the 'Costs' tab below.

You can buy tickets on board the ferry. Pay in cash or use the on-board EFTPOS machine which accepts EFTPOS cards and Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
