The technical documents include the policies, standards and other publications that have been incorporated into the Proposed District Plan. They provide technical support with applying the Proposed District Plan provisions.
All documents can be viewed online here, except New Zealand Standards (due to copyright restrictions). Copies of the New Zealand Standards listed below can be purchased from www.standards.govt.nz.
